In 2012 FÜGE Productions renovated the empty school building under 1-3 Jurányi street with the support of the 2^nd District of Budapest, Open Society Institute and Mastercard, and opened a 6500 square meter incubator house. 

More than 60 organisations; theatre and dance companies, visual artists, musicians, designers as well as NGOs  have their rehearsal rooms, studios, labs, showrooms and offices on 5 levels in this multi-functional space. 

Jurányi is a creative hub and a well-liked downtown theatre showing 40-50 shows per month, around 300 performances and events a year on four stages. The main stage has 150 seats, there are two chamber stages of 80, and 70 seats and a versatile venue for classroom projects and other events.

Jurányi runs a gallery, houses a café and is a popular meeting place of downtown Buda.
